Behaviour Modification

My behaviour modification experience is here for you if you have problems that go beyond minor issues or basic training. If you're in trouble, I can help calmly and patiently, bringing a light touch and keeping a good sense of humour to get you through any challenges! I will provide an individual, professional, evidence-based consultation to evaluate you, your dog and your relationship. I will give you the confidence to manage unwanted behaviours yourself, in a safe, positive reward-based way. I can assess the root causes of any behavioural problem and develop tailored training plans to help you and your dog be happier together.

Behaviour Consultation

Dog behaviour

A fully tailored 1-2-1 in-home assessment of your dog's behaviours. During the first session, I carry out a holistic assessment of the dog and carefully examine every aspect of the behavioural issues you're experiencing. Having experienced many cases of dogs with all manner of issues, ranging from severe anxiety to aggression, I know how important it is to find out as much as possible about the individual case before any behavioural modification begins. I will try to find the root cause of unwanted behaviour and devise a plan on how to teach you how to better communicate to your dog that this behaviour is unwanted.

Duration: 2 hours                         Cost: £65

Follow Up Sessions

Sessions are dedicated to addressing your dog's behaviour using positive reinforcement methods. Progress is monitored and adjustments are made as/when needed to achieve the desired behavioural changes. Teaching scientifically proven methods of operant conditioning meaning that I mainly positively reinforce. I am here to build a lasting working relationship between you and your dog through an evidence-based approach.
